3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

- Meet the minimum requirements set by our lending partners

As a client of Fully Funded, you agree to:

5. Fees
Fully Funded charges fees for our advisory services. Our fee structure, amount, and payment terms will be disclosed and agreed upon in writing before any engagement begins. Fees may be charged as a flat fee, upfront consulting fee, success-based fee, or any combination thereof, depending on the services provided. Our fees are separate from any fees, interest, or charges imposed by lending partners. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all terms and fees imposed by the lending partners who provide your loan.
6. Disclaimer / No Guarantee of Funding
No Guarantee. While we work diligently to connect you with appropriate lending partners, Fully Funded makes no guarantee that you will obtain funding. Approval and funding decisions are made solely by lending partners based on their underwriting criteria. Factors including but not limited to credit history, business performance, collateral, and market conditions may affect your eligibility. We are not responsible for funding denials or loan terms offered by lending partners.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fully Funded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or failure to obtain funding. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid through our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Fully Funded website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and design elements, are the property of Fully Funded or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute this content without prior written permission.
9. SMS and Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Fully Funded regarding your funding application, account status, and related communications. We may also contact you via email or phone. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS communications: Reply "STOP" to any text message, and you will be removed from our SMS marketing list. You may also contact us at info@fullyfunded.io to opt out of other communication methods.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
